Rahul Roshian

Rahul Roshian serves as the Director of Operations Management at Personiv since July 2008, previously holding the position of Operations Manager. Responsibilities include managing daily operations for Outbound Sales, overseeing run rates to meet metrics such as revenue and client satisfaction, and coordinating with business clientele. Rahul is skilled in forecasting sales targets and implementing initiatives to drive business goals while managing the frontline sales team. Prior to Personiv, Rahul worked at Wipro Limited from July 2003 to July 2008 as an Operations Manager and Team Lead. Rahul holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Kurukshetra University, earned between 1998 and 2003.
