Lee Riley

Lee Riley has been working in the field of safety and risk management for over 20 years. Lee started their career as an environmental specialist with the URS Corporation in April 2002. In this role, they were responsible for providing advice to the Management Advisory Team on environmental issues during emergency or contingency events. Lee also conducted daily oversight of ANCDF operations through in-depth review of daily operations and operating records for the plant, laboratory, waste disposal, and maintenance departments.

In January 1996, Riley started working for C-MAC Environmental Group as an assistant plant manager. In this role, they were responsible for the day-to-day operations of the plant, including supervising employees, monitoring production, and ensuring quality control. Lee also developed and implemented safety procedures and coordinated environmental compliance activities.

Riley has been extensively trained in the operation of a chemical weapons incinerator and is certified by the Alabama Department of Environmental Management in performing Method 9 Visible Emissions Observations. Lee is also certified in the use of personal protective equipment up to and including a demilitarization protection ensemble.

Riley currently works as a safety and risk management consultant for Personnel Staffing, Inc. In this role, they provide advice and assistance to businesses on how to create and maintain safe working conditions for their employees.

Lee Riley graduated from Glencoe High School and then attended Gadsden State Community College.
