Paul M. Gravel

Paul M. Gravel serves as the Director of Campus Safety Services and Risk Management at Phillips Exeter Academy since April 2015, overseeing safety, health, and regulatory compliance programs for the campus community. Prior roles include Security Manager for the City of Manchester, where Paul planned and evaluated security prevention programs, and Senior Project Manager at Public Safety Strategies Group LLC, providing strategic consulting to police departments. Paul held positions at RBS Citizens Group and Citizens Financial Group, managing physical security services and executive security programs, respectively. Additionally, Paul served as Bureau Commander with the Nashua NH Police Department from 1982 to 2005, with responsibilities in various law enforcement roles. Paul holds an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Franklin Pierce University and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Criminal Justice from Saint Anselm College.
