Jeff Scott

Jeff joined Perspective Financial Group Ltd as Chairman at the end of 2019. He has spent 30+ years in Financial Services in a broad range of roles including 9 years as CEO of Santander Asset Management.

The last 4 years were a JV with Private Equity where he doubled FUM and EBITDA with a digital transformation strategy. He is currently the NED chair of NatWest Trustee Depositary Services, overseeing the data led strategy to digitise & streamline the business, he also chairs the Board Risk Committee and RBSI Innovation committee.

Jeff is also on the advisory board of Callsign, a cyber security Fintech specialising in customer authentication. Jeff has a degree in Economics from Nottingham Uni, studied corporate finance at LBS and is a certified director in corporate governance, graduating from INSEAD in 2016. He is now a board member of INSEAD’s International Directors Network, promoting good governance around the world.
