Perspective Fund
Eliana Piper is an accomplished Chief Operating Officer at Perspective Fund since July 2022, with extensive experience in leadership and strategic operations. Prior to this role, Eliana served as Director of Strategic Operations at the ACLU from October 2018 to June 2022, contributing to cross-functional strategy and management within the Legal and National Political Advocacy Departments. Eliana also held the position of Director for Strategy & Innovation at the ACLU, where the focus was on strategic people operations. Additionally, Eliana was involved in the International Rescue Committee as a Manager for the Ahlan Simsim Start-Up, developing education programs for children affected by the Syrian Refugee Crisis. Experience includes roles with Hillary for America as a Regional GOTV Director and Google as a Project Manager, as well as organizing efforts for Obama for America. Eliana holds a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Arabic Language from Dartmouth College.
