Emily Haven

Emily Haven joined Perspective Group as Director of Finance and Operations in 2018. Prior to joining Perspective Group, Emily worked for a Boston-based, venture-backed consulting firm: most recently as the Senior Director of Finance and Administration, and also held positions of increasing responsibility in the areas of accounting, client service administration, and research analysis over the course of 12 years. Prior to that, Emily worked in roles at public accounting firm RSM LLP (formerly McGladrey and Caturano & Co.) and at the University of Massachusetts. Currently, Emily is a Senior Director of Finance and Operations.

Emily holds a B.A in English from the University of Rochester, a joint M.S. Accounting/MBA degree from Northeastern University, and a SHRM-CP certification in Human Resources.
