Thijs Spoor

Thijs Spoor has extensive work experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. Thijs currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Perspective Therapeutics. Prior to this, they were the Chairman at Verifi H2O. Thijs also held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Viewpoint Molecular Targeting, Inc. and KBP BioSciences. From 2016 to 2019, they were the CEO at AzurRx BioPharma, where they focused on developing targeted therapies for gastrointestinal diseases. Before that, they served as the CEO at FluoroPharma. Thijs Spoor has also worked as a Strategy Consultant at Oliver Wyman, a Biotechnology Analyst at J.P. Morgan, and a Medical Devices Analyst at Credit Suisse. Thijs began their career at GE Healthcare, where they served as the Director of Strategic Marketing and played a key role in reshaping the company's strategic directions in various areas.

Thijs Spoor completed their Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Toronto from 1990 to 1994. Thijs then pursued their MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School from 2005 to 2006. Prior to that, they attended St. Andrew's College from 1987 to 1990, however, the degree and field of study are not specified.
