Kelly Long, MSW, LSW, currently serves as an Employee Assistance Counselor at Perspectives Ltd, providing on-site EAP services at Argonne National Laboratory since January 2023. With a robust background in employee assistance program counseling, Kelly has previously served at Caterpillar Inc. for over a decade, where responsibilities included individual and family counseling, organizational effectiveness enhancement, and crisis support during critical incidents. Additional experience encompasses roles as an Individual, Marriage and Family Counselor, and Crisis Intervention On-Call Therapist, demonstrating expertise in mental health support, crisis intervention, and treatment planning across various settings. Kelly holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Illinois State University and an Associate's degree from the College of DuPage.
