Bianka Siwińska

Bianka Siwinska, PhD, currently serves as the President of Perspektywy Women in Tech and the CEO of the Perspektywy Education Foundation, focusing on strategies for development and fundraising while promoting STEM fields among women. Siwinska is passionate about leveraging technology to create a better future and is particularly engaged with the "Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit," Europe's largest gathering of women in tech and IT. Additional roles include serving on the Digitalisation Council for the Ministry of Digital Affairs and volunteering with Kobiety na Wybory. Siwinska has extensive experience in higher education promotion and gender equality initiatives, having previously held positions as Executive Director at Perspektywy and Editor in Chief at Perspektywy Press. Siwinska earned a PhD in Public Policy Analysis from the University of Warsaw and has academic experience in various European institutions.
