Karolina Goszcz

Karolina Goszcz is a skilled program coordinator and manager with extensive experience in educational and project management roles. Currently serving as the Program Coordinator for Perspektywy Women in Tech, Karolina oversees the Write Your Future program, collaborating with ambassador Iga Świątek and managing a team of coaches and trainers for a significant flagship event. In the role of Program Manager at INCO, Karolina drives project workflow and develops innovative program versions, successfully achieving key performance indicators. Previous experience includes coordinating IT courses at INCO Academy, providing customer service at Bank Spółdzielczy, and working in social media and project assistance roles. Karolina holds a Master's degree in Marketing and a Bachelor's degree in Management from AGH University of Krakow.
