Monika Goszcz

Monika Goszcz is an accomplished Program Manager and Co-Founder with extensive experience in managing and coordinating impactful initiatives in technology and education. Currently serving at Perspektywy Women in Tech, Monika leads various mentoring and training programs for aspiring female leaders and oversees IT system implementations for large-scale summits. Monika's previous roles include Senior Program Manager at INCO, where international programs for refugees were developed, and Product Manager at Daftcode, focusing on online learning platforms. Monika has also contributed to project management at organizations like Fundacja Wspierania Nanonauk i Nanotechnologii NANONET and Sektor 3.0, promoting innovation and community engagement. Monika holds two master’s degrees in Applied Physics and Global Business, Finance, and Management from Warsaw University of Technology and SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
