Maureen Rzeppa

Maureen Rzeppa is a franchise owner at Perspire Sauna Studio, with plans to establish three locations in Scottsdale, PV, and Arcadia/Biltmore areas since May 2021. Prior to this role, Maureen served as the Director of Operations at CAPTRUST for six months following the acquisition of MRA Associates, where Maureen was a Managing Partner and Chief Administrative Officer from February 2002 until the acquisition in November 2020. During tenure at MRA Associates, the firm managed over $3 billion in assets. Additional experience includes serving as Treasurer for the Phoenix Chapter of Ellevate Network and as Controller for IEP, LTD. Maureen holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a BS in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University.
