Mikael Gedin

Mikael Gedin currently serves as Executive Vice President of Regions and Group Management as well as President/Managing Director of Perstorp AB at Perstorp Group since May 2009. Previously, Mikael held various executive roles at ABB from 1999 to 2009, including Vice President of HR & Operations Excellence, and was involved in the Management Consultant capacity and operations management. Mikael's early career included positions as an Area Sales Manager at Telia and as a Platoon Leader with the United Nations in Bosnia Hercegovina. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Leading Change and Organizational Renewal from Stanford University, a Diploma in Executive Leading Change from INSEAD, an Executive MBA from Copenhagen Business School, a Human Resources Executives Program from Stockholm School of Economics, and dual B.Sc. degrees in Business Administration and Human Resource Management from Lund University, along with training as a Reservofficer from Militärhögskolan.
