Paulo Rodrigues has over two decades of experience in sales and business management, currently serving as Sales Manager at Perstorp Group since July 2000, overseeing direct sales for coating additives, specialty intermediates, and performance products while managing distribution accounts and the tannery segment. Prior experience includes a role as Seller at Trane do Brasil Ind. e Com. Ltda., specializing in mini split air conditioning systems, and a trainee position in the commercial-sales area at Seco Tools. Paulo Rodrigues holds two Master of Business Administration degrees, one in Chemical Industry Business Management from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro and another in International Business from USCS - IMES Universidade de Sao Caetano do Sul.
