Andrea Winder is a seasoned environmental professional with extensive experience in various roles within the field. Currently serving as Lead Environmental Scientist at Perteet Inc. since September 2022, Andrea previously held positions as a Consultant at BSI from April 2021 to September 2022 and as Senior Environmental Scientist at Innovex Environmental Management, Inc. from December 2015 to December 2020. Prior to these roles, Andrea worked as a Training Manager at RGA Environmental, A Terracon Company, where management of a team specializing in asbestos, HAZMAT, and lead training courses was a key focus. Earlier career experience includes project leadership as a Project Scientist at SoundEarth Strategies, Inc. and staff assessment at Geotechnics Inc. Andrea earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Western Washington University between 1991 and 1996.
