Anil Kuchinad began their work experience in 2001 as a Research Assistant at Western University. Anil then worked as a Research Assistant at McGill University in 2004. In 2006, they joined SHAWCO as an intern, eventually becoming the director and being responsible for operations and modernization of IT and health-related projects.
