Aurelija Striuze

Aurelija Striuze has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2006 as a Consultant for Noriu personalo sprendimų grupė. Aurelija then worked as an HR BP at LEO LT / Ignitis group from 2008 to 2009, and as a Head of HR for Adform from 2009 to 2011. From 2011 to 2017, they served as the Global Head of End User Technology function for Barclays. In 2017, they became the CEO & co-founder of Tipi Hub, Inc., a startup that developed internal communication and productivity software for small/mid-size businesses. In 2019, they joined Synthesis Consulting Group as a Strategist and Partner at Anatomy | Synthesis. In 2020, they became the COO of OXYGEN Healthcare, a one-stop shop platform for healthcare providers. Lastly, in 2022, they became the Director of European operations for Perthera AI, an oncology company that has pioneered the use of advanced multi-omic molecular analysis combined with a comprehensive "data lake" of patient specific outcomes and medical history.

Aurelija Striuze received their Bachelor degree in Psychology from Vilniaus universitetas / Vilnius University in 2006, and their Master degree in Organizational Psychology from the same university in 2008.
