Perum Perumnas
Ahmad Baihaqi started their work experience in 2008 as an HSE Supervisor at PT Surya Besindo Sakti, where they worked until 2009. In 2009, they joined Perum Perumnas as a Senior Staff and held various roles within the company, including Production Officer, Assistant Manager of Production in Regional 6, Assistant Manager of Production in the Malang branch, Manager of Market Research, Manager of Departement of Feasibility Study, Branch Manager in Kemayoran, and Project Manager in Rusunami Menanggal. ahmad then went on to become the Project Manager of Sentraland Karawang and later the General Manager. From 2021, Ahmad Baihaqi became a Project Manager Madya and a Project Director (VP) at Perum Perumnas.
Ahmad Baihaqi attended Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember Surabaya from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a sarjana teknik degree in the field of Teknik Lingkungan/Kesehatan Lingkungan.

Perum Perumnas
PERUMNAS adalah Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) yang berbentuk Perusahaan Umum (Perum) dimiliki 100% oleh Pemerintah. Perumnas didirikan sebagai solusi pemerintah dalam menyediakan perumahan yang layak bagi masyarakat menengah bawah. Perusahaan didirikan berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 29 Tahun 1974 dan disempurnakan melalui Peraturan Pemerintah No. 83 Tahun 2015. Sejak berdirinya, Perumnas selalu tampil dan berperan sebagai pioneer dalam penyediaan perumahan dan permukiman bagai masyarakat berpenghasilan menengah bawah.
