Ari Kartika has a diverse work experience in various industries. They started their career as a Marketing Manager at PT Eurokars Chrisdeco Utama, Authorized BMW Dealer. They then moved on to become the Marketing Communication Manager and later the GM Marketing Partnership & Communication - Chief Marketing Officer at KidZania Jakarta. After that, Ari became the Director of Pinisi Edutainment Park Jakarta, where they were responsible for the development and operation of the theme park. They then joined PT PP Properti Tbk as the GM Marketing & Commercial and later as VP Marketing, overseeing marketing and commercial activities for the company's properties. Currently, Ari works at Perum Perumnas as the Head of Institutional Relations and Digital Marketing, managing institutional relations and leading the digital marketing team.
Ari Kartika completed a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies with a major in Public Relations from the London School of Public Relations in the years 2000 to 2003. Later, Ari pursued a higher degree in communication by attending the University of Indonesia from 2006 to 2008. There, they earned a Magister of Communication with a concentration in Management in Communication Studies.
