M Ichsan Syahputra has extensive experience in various roles at Perum Perumnas since February 2014, including positions in Legal, Permit, Land Sector, Human Resources, General Affairs, and Taxation, as well as serving as a Human Resources Officer and Finance Staff. Academically, M Ichsan Syahputra earned a Bachelor of Accountancy in Economics from Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara between August 2017 and October 2022 and holds a Diploma Degree in Taxation from Universitas Sumatera Utara from 2010 to 2013, in addition to completing secondary education at SMA Bhayangkari I Medan from 2007 to 2010.

Perum Perumnas
PERUMNAS adalah Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) yang berbentuk Perusahaan Umum (Perum) dimiliki 100% oleh Pemerintah. Perumnas didirikan sebagai solusi pemerintah dalam menyediakan perumahan yang layak bagi masyarakat menengah bawah. Perusahaan didirikan berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 29 Tahun 1974 dan disempurnakan melalui Peraturan Pemerintah No. 83 Tahun 2015. Sejak berdirinya, Perumnas selalu tampil dan berperan sebagai pioneer dalam penyediaan perumahan dan permukiman bagai masyarakat berpenghasilan menengah bawah.
