Haikal Khatami

Haikal Khatami is a Junior Quality Assurance and Customer Excellence professional at Peruri Digital Security, PT., since July 2022. Previously, Haikal served as a Contact Center Agent at PT. Visionet Data Internasional from August 2019 to January 2022, where responsibilities included providing customer support through Help Center and Call Center, addressing complaints, facilitating follow-ups with relevant teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, Haikal gained experience as an IT Support Technician at Universitas Multimedia Nusantara in 2018, focusing on software and hardware installations, maintenance, and laboratory setup. Haikal holds a degree in IT Junior from SMK PGRI 1 Tangerang and is currently pursuing further education at Universitas Pamulang.
