Pépita U. has a diverse range of work experience. In 2016, they worked as an Assistant Manager at the Four Seasons Hotel where they managed and motivated team members and provided assistance to hotel guests. In 2017, they interned for Jo Camana as a Project Intern, where they worked as a fashion illustrator and led a creative team in designing showcase pieces for fashion shows. In 2018, they were a Junior Intern at Equity Bank, supporting sales and marketing teams in various initiatives. In 2019, Pépita participated in the International Business Institute program, studying international business and economics in multiple countries. In 2020, they worked as a Business Development Representative at Quorum, generating leads and providing leadership to team members. In 2021, Pépita worked as a Partnerships Coordinator at The African Leadership University, and in 2022, they became the Partnership & Growth Lead at PesaChoice Group.

Pépita U. pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in International Business from 2016 to 2019 at Messiah University.
