Phil Fowler

Phil Fowler has extensive experience in the pest control industry, currently serving as the Branch Manager at Pest-Pro Services, Inc. since September 2016. Prior to this role, Phil Fowler was the owner of Precision Pest Services from August 1987 to September 2016, where responsibilities included WDI inspections, pest control, termite control, lawn and ornamental care, weed control, and power washing. Phil Fowler holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Special Education and Teaching from Stephen F. Austin State University, earned between 1970 and 1974.
