Currently, Michael works as an Operations Support Manager at Pesto Restaurants Ltd, overseeing multiple restaurants and a central production kitchen. Prior to this, Michael held roles such as Senior General Manager at a 4* hotel and Cluster Manager at Krispy Kreme UK and IRE. With a background in trouble-shooting and improving failing sites, Michael brings a strong operational and leadership focus to their work.
