Doug Cooper has a wealth of experience in contracts and subcontracts management. Doug has held various roles throughout their career, starting in 1991 at SAIC as a Senior Subcontract Administrator. Doug then worked at Veridian as a Senior Subcontracts Administrator from 2001 to 2002. After that, they joined NJVC, LLC as a Subcontracts Manager from 2003 to 2005. From 2005 to 2008, they served as a Contracts Manager at Raytheon, overseeing all contracts related to the Global Hawk program. Doug then joined Fulcra Worldwide, LLC in 2008 as a Contracts Director, where they set corporate policies and procedures and provided on-the-ground support in the Middle East and Africa. In 2010, they moved to Engility Corporation as the Director of Contracts and Subcontracts, managing a diverse portfolio of efforts for various government agencies. Currently, Doug is serving as the Chief Operating Officer & Vice President of Contracts, Compliance, and Ethics at PESystems, Inc., a position they have held since October 2019.
Doug Cooper completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Global Executive M.B.A. at George Mason University from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Management from the University of Phoenix between 2006 and 2013. Doug'searlier education includes attending Wakefield from 1985 to 1989, although the degree and field of study during that time are unknown.
