Keira Warren has held a variety of roles in the customer service and insurance industries. Keira began their career in 2006 as a Claims Consultant at CGU Insurance, where they were later promoted to Senior Claims Consultant and then Claims Specialist. In 2012, they joined IAG as a Team Leader and was subsequently promoted to Sales and Service Manager, Coaching Director, and Claims Manager. In 2019, they moved to Uber as a Greenlight Hub Manager. Most recently, they have been working at Pet Circle, where they have held the roles of Customer Experience Manager, Senior Manager Customer Experience, and VP Customer Experience since 2020. During their time at IAG, they developed and implemented strategies for a virtual call centre and a multiple touch sales and service contact centre, which led to improved customer service and increased customer metrics.
Keira Warren completed a Bachelor of Arts/ Education from the University of New South Wales, majoring in English and Economics.
