Lance Wills is an accomplished technology executive currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Pet Circle since December 2023, contributing to the growth of Australia's largest online pet company. Previously, Lance held the position of CTO and Chief Digital Officer at West Marine from January 2020 to April 2022, where a technology digital strategy was implemented, enhancing e-commerce and digital marketing capabilities. As EVP & Chief Technology Officer at Toys"R"Us from August 2016 to July 2018, Lance transformed the IT department into a product-focused, agile organization. Prior roles include VP Global Digital Technology at American Eagle Outfitters, where digital strategy efforts doubled e-commerce business in three years, and VP Engineering at Macy's, leading significant sales growth for macys.com. Lance began the professional journey at Thomson Reuters as Head of Software Engineering and Delivery. Lance holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Central Institute of Technology in New Zealand.
