Sinem Karakaya is the owner of Pet Shop since December 2019, bringing entrepreneurial expertise to the business. Previously, Sinem worked as a receptionist at BLUE BAY HOTEL from April 2018 to November 2019, and held dual roles as a sales attendant and sales associate at ATU Duty Free from April 2015 to March 2018. Sinem's academic background includes studies at Erciyes University from 2009 to 2015, as well as international experience at Dalian Nationalities University in China during 2013 and 2014.
