Erika Klein

Erika Klein is an accomplished retail executive with extensive experience in merchandising and design. Currently serving as Vice President of Merchandising at Pet Supplies Plus since October 2025, Erika previously held roles including Chief Design Officer and Vice President at Design Lab, Inc. from July 2020 to October 2025. Prior positions include Director of Private Label at Pet Supplies Plus, eCommerce Merchandise Manager for Private Label at AutoZone, and various buying roles at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. and Sears. Erika began a retail career at Dillard's as a Buyer for Private Label Shoes and worked as a Buyer for Golf & Activewear at Desert Mountain Properties. Erika holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Merchandising and Buying from Kent State University, attained between 2000 and 2003.
