Daphnee Roy has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Daphnee started their career as a Customer Service Representative at Corporation Ski & Golf Mont-Orford in 2009 and held that role until 2018. In 2017, they interned as a Customer Service Intern at Bus.com before becoming a Customer Success Manager from September 2017 to August 2018. From September 2018 to May 2019, they worked as a Customer Service Team Lead at Bus.com. In 2019, they became a Customer Service Manager at Evive Smoothie until February 2020. Afterwards, they joined Goodfood Market as a Member Happiness Team Lead from February 2020 to September 2020, and later became a Performance Team Lead from September 2020 to December 2021. Currently, they are working at Petal as both a B2G Software Technical Support Lead and a B2C Software Technical Support Lead starting from December 2021.

Daphnee Roy completed their education from 2012 to 2016 at the Institut de tourisme et d'hôtellerie du Québec, where they obtained a Diploma of collegial studies in Tourism Management. Daphnee then pursued further education in 2020 at the University of Alberta, completing a Certificate in the Faculty of Native Studies.
