Flore Simo I M. sc I Power Bi certified

Flore Simo is an M.Sc in Power Bi certified professional with a diverse work experience in finance and business analysis roles. They began their career in 2010 as a Junior Corporate Business Developer at Crédit Agricole. Following that, they worked as an SAP Finance Consultant at CGI en France from October 2011 to June 2012.

In 2013, Flore joined MTN Cameroon as a Strategic Planning and Performance Management Coordinator. They excelled in this role for six years before joining MTN Swaziland in 2015 as a Business Planning Support specialist. At MTN Swaziland, Flore assisted in building a Business Plan process, ensuring alignment between strategy, marketing operational plans, and gross margin budget. They trained employees on revenue and cost of sales budget modeling and helped develop their revenue and cost of sales models.

In 2016, Flore worked with MTN Rwanda as a Business Planning Support professional. They played a crucial role in a pilot project for implementing SAP modules in a L'Oréal subsidiary. Flore was responsible for writing Finance general and detailed specification documents, which played a vital role in the project's success.

They joined Barry Callebaut Group in September 2019 as the Head of FP&A. In this role, they led the Financial Planning and Analysis department, contributing to the company's financial success. In May 2022, Flore switched to GSK as the Manager Reporting & FP&A - Vaccines, responsible for reporting and financial planning and analysis in the vaccines division.

Currently, Flore is working at Petal as a Senior Business Analyst in the Finance department from December 2022. Their extensive experience in finance, business analysis, and expertise in Power Bi certification make them a valuable asset in any organization.

Flore Simo has a strong educational background in finance and strategy. They obtained a Master of Science degree in Finance and Strategy from NEOMA Business School from 2008 to 2011. In 2009, they also pursued a Master's Degree in Finance from the University of Amsterdam for a brief period.

Prior to their master's studies, Flore Simo earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from Universite Catholique d'Afrique Centrale between 2005 and 2008. They completed their high school education at College F. X. Vogt, specializing in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry, before entering university.

Flore Simo has also obtained a certification from Microsoft as a Power BI Data Analyst Associate. They received this certification from Microsoft in March 2022. This certification demonstrates their proficiency in utilizing Power BI for data analysis.
