Ivan Ma specializes in medical device strategy and execution, focusing on advancing early-phase projects through development and regulatory preparations. They have held various engineering and leadership roles across several medical device companies, achieving significant milestones from animal studies to market release. At NeuroPace, Ivan contributed to the design and management of Class 2 and Class 3 medical devices, while their tenure at St. Jude Medical included leading a team for a leadless pacemaker project. In their consulting role with Ivan Ma LLC, they enabled multiple stealth companies to reach critical clinical and regulatory goals. Currently, Ivan is involved in special operations and R&D at Petal Surgical.
