Amanda Bushelman

Amanda Bushelman has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Amanda began their career at Synchrony Financial, where they worked as an Escalated Help Desk Representative for five years. In this role, they provided coaching, support, and policy changes to a customer service team and served as a Subject Matter Expert. Amanda also developed materials and trained new hires.

Amanda then worked at Allstate as a Licensed Sales Producer, where they were responsible for front office operations, file organization, and customer service. Amanda utilized their property and casualty insurance license to provide customers with expert knowledge and resolve problems.

After Allstate, Amanda joined Wells Fargo as an Account Resolution Specialist 3 and played a crucial role in reducing delinquency in late-stage collections accounts. Amanda consistently improved upon given metrics and excelled in solving complex collection inquiries.

Most recently, Amanda worked at Petal as a Compliance Associate. Amanda'sresponsibilities included facilitating operational audits, creating compliance tests and work papers, and collaborating cross-functionally to improve processes and procedures.

Throughout their career, Amanda has demonstrated strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills and has contributed to the success and growth of the organizations they have worked for.

Amanda Bushelman obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from The Ohio State University, where they studied from 2008 to 2010. Amanda also obtained a certification in Property and Casualty insurance from the North Carolina Department of Insurance in November 2015.
