Arun Kurichety

Arun Kurichety has been working in the legal field since 2006. Arun began their career as an Associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where they represented and advised publicly and privately held debtors, distressed investors and financial sponsors. In 2012, they moved to Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP as Counsel, where they represented public and private companies, creditor groups and investment funds in bankruptcy and financial restructuring matters. In 2015, they joined Carbon Law Group as Of Counsel. In 2017, they worked as Of Counsel at Raines Feldman LLP and McAllister Garfield, P.C., and as General Counsel at Guild Extracts. Arun then became Executive Vice President, General Counsel at KushCo Holdings, Inc. in 2018, and currently serves as Chief Operating Officer/General Counsel at Petalfast since 2020.

Arun Kurichety attended Harvard University from 1997 to 2001, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), cum laude in Government. Arun then attended Washington University in St. Louis School of Law from 2003 to 2006, graduating with a Doctor of Law (JD).
