Hannah Dix

Hannah Dix has a diverse work experience in the field of people and culture, HR, and customer service. Hannah currently holds the position of Head of People & Culture at Petalite since February 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Gtech where they held various roles including Head of HR & Customer Service from 2018 to February 2023, Head Of Customer Service from 2017 to February 2023, Customer Service Manager from 2013 to 2017, and Customer Service Advisor from 2010 to 2013. Before Gtech, Hannah worked as an Inbound Sales Specialist at Shop Direct from 2008 to 2010.

Hannah Dix has a degree in Business Management from Staffordshire University. Additionally, they have completed the CIPD Level 7 program in Strategic People Management from ICS Learn.
