Mylène Hardy

Mylène Hardy is the current Director of Legal Affairs at PetalMD. Prior to their current position, they served as a Corporate and Legal Affairs Advisor for InnovMetric Software from October 2016 to February 2021. Ms. Hardy is a pioneer of point-cloud-based inspection, creator of the concept of a universal 3D metrology software platform, and originator of the most user-friendly CMM sequencing workflow ever designed. Ms. Hardy has also worked as an attorney for Lebon Capital from September 2015 to September 2016, and for Mylène Hardy, avocate from July 2014 to September 2016. Additionally, Ms. Hardy has served as an intern for the Barreau du Québec from July 2011 to January 2012, and as a law student for the Ville de Quebec from May 2008 to September 2010.

Mylène Hardy has a Master's degree in Business Law from Université Laval. Mylène also has a law license from the Quebec Bar Association and is a member of the Barreau du Québec. Mylène has a Bachelor of Laws - LLB from Université Laval and a Certificat in Criminology from Université de Montréal.

Their manager is Patrice Gilbert, CEO. They work with David Junca - CRO, Luc Vézina - VP, Finance, and Pascal Tessier-Fleury - CFO and General Manager.
