Amanda Payne

Amanda Payne is a dedicated animal welfare professional with extensive experience in program management and partner relations. Currently serving as a Partner Relations Specialist at Petco Love since January 2023, Amanda previously held the role of Program Manager at Louisiana SPCA, where collaboration with local rescue groups and foster homes was essential in facilitating successful pet adoptions. Prior experience includes managing the Harris County Pets program, achieving positive outcomes for over 90% of care-dependent pets, and assisting at Austin Pets Alive! as an Assistant Program Manager. Amanda also contributed to Best Friends Animal Society as a Volunteer Coordinator, overseeing volunteer operations for a neonatal kitten nursery, and held various positions at Whole Foods Market, culminating as a Specialty Foods Buyer. Amanda holds a B.A. in Political Science and Philosophy from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
