Nichole Rowland

Nichole Rowland, MHRM, SPHR, serves as the Partner Relations Director at Petco, where responsibilities have included ascending roles from Senior Manager to Senior Partner Relations Specialist since April 2018. Prior experience includes the position of Sr. Human Resources Manager at Balboa Nephrology Medical Group (BNMG), focusing on organizational development and HR services for 175 employees. Nichole also held the role of Sr. Human Resources Manager for Sodexo, overseeing HR functions across multiple hospitals, and served as the Zone Human Resources Manager at Rural/Metro Corporation, providing strategic HR guidance to senior leadership. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from National University and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from UC San Diego.
