Sheila Jordan

Sheila Jordan has extensive experience in business process and systems analysis, particularly in the IT field, with a significant tenure at Petco from May 2011 to January 2018. During this time, Sheila served in multiple roles including Manager of Business Process & Systems Analysis, Quality Assurance Manager, and Senior Business Systems Analyst, contributing to IT governance, strategy, and budgeting for the HR application portfolio, while acting as a liaison between IT and HR leadership. Previous experience includes working as a Business Systems Analyst at Peregrine Systems, conducting fit/gap analysis for a PeopleSoft upgrade, as well as positions at OrderFusion, Inc. as a Consulting Engineer, and Agilent Technologies and Hewlett-Packard in IT roles. Sheila holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis on Management Information Systems from San José State University.
