Andrey Stoliarov

Andrey Stoliarov has over 10 years of experience in product management and software development. From 2006 to 2013, they worked at Materialise Dental, first as a Project Coordinator, then as a Project Manager, and finally as a C++ Software Developer. From 2013 to 2015, they were a Product Manager at Wargaming.net | Persha Studia, and from 2015 to 2017, they were a Product Manager at Cogniance. Since 2017, they have been the Director of Product, Software at Petcube, where they have been kicking off and iterating hardware-independent product experiments, onboarding and mentoring product management and analytics team, and leading frontend (apps, web) and QA parts of the team. During their time at Petcube, they have tweaked the conversion rate +50% and churn rate -25% via plans restructuring and establishing continuous experiments. Andrey has also used analytics and models to prevent several major changes that would have worked poorly for Petcube's business.

Andrey Stoliarov attended Gymnasium 48 from 1993 to 2003, and then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Intellectual Decision Making Systems from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'\u200b from 2003 to 2009.
