Daniel Gapeyev has been working in the professional world since 1988, when they began their career as an adventurer and musician with Stars & Mellow. In 2010, they joined B2B Soft as an Implementation Specialist and Customer Support Specialist, where they were responsible for managing incoming calls to the support department and providing software and credit card support. In 2013, they moved to HiTech Service as a Maintenance & Support Specialist. In 2018, they joined Petcube as the Head of Service and Customer Success Manager, where they are responsible for reimagining pet care and helping people stay connected to their pets.

Daniel Gapeyev completed their Bachelor of Arts and Specialist in Economics, Business, and English from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv in 2010. Prior to that, they attended Fayette High School.
