Tetiana Konko has held a variety of roles in the past eight years. In 2020, they were an Operations Director and Operations Manager at Petcube. Prior to that, they were a Global Transformation Lead and Senior Procurement Specialist at FedEx from 2019-2020. From 2015-2019, they worked at TNT as a Procurement Coordinator and Procurement Specialist, where they were responsible for managing the annual procurement plan, monitoring and reporting KPI's, managing long term supplier relationships, and managing internal stakeholders relations. From 2012-2015, they were a Flight Costs Economist at Air Onix and an Accountant at Insurance Company Dobrobut (Ukrainian Business Group).

Tetiana Konko earned their Master's degree in Accounting and Auditing from Kyiv National Economics University between 2008 and 2014.
