Kirsten Todd is a Clinical Trial Administrative Officer with VCCC Alliance since February 2024, following a long tenure as a Research Assistant at Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre since October 2015. In this role, Kirsten specializes in cancer immunotherapy, particularly in enhancing CAR T cell therapy and checkpoint inhibitor therapy, utilizing various in vitro and in vivo models. Additional responsibilities included conducting genotyping and providing services in the Genotyping Laboratory, where techniques such as PCR, gel electrophoresis, and flow cytometry were employed. Prior experience includes serving as an Administrative Officer in the Building Department at Bayside City Council, and as a Research Assistant at the Australian Regenerative Medicine Institute. Kirsten holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Honours in Microbiology and Immunology & Molecular Biology from Monash University, completed between 2010 and 2013.
