Colin Richardson has a diverse work experience in the field of architecture. Colin has previously worked as an Architect at Steven W. Spandle Architect since 2023. Before that, they held the position of Project Director at PETER PENNOYER ARCHITECTS, PC starting from 2019. Prior to that, Colin served as an Architect at Hart Howerton from November 2017 to January 2019. Colin also gained experience as an Architect at Woods Bagot from April 2017 to November 2017. Additionally, Colin worked as an Architect and BIM Coordinator at Adamson Associates Architects from April 2015 to April 2017. Before that, they served as a VDC Manager at SC | SHoP Construction Services LLC from January 2014 to February 2015. Colin Richardson completed their Master of Architecture (M.Arch.) degree from the University of Michigan from 2006 to 2010. Colin also holds the WELL AP certification from the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI), the Registered Architect certification from the New York State, the LEED GA certification from USGBC-CCGBC, and the CDT certification from the Construction Specifications Institute.
