Jan Makara

Jan Makara is a seasoned business attorney and partner at PETERKA & PARTNERS, where experience includes a focus on M&A transactions, corporate law, and labor law since September 2004. Jan co-managed the Bratislava office and contributes to a prominent independent business law practice serving clients throughout Central and Eastern Europe.
