Taras Utiralov

Taras Utiralov is a legal professional with extensive experience in the field of IT law and international law. Currently serving as a Partner and Director for Ukraine at PETERKA & PARTNERS, Taras also leads IT law initiatives within Central and Eastern Europe. Previously, Taras held positions as Deputy Director for Ukraine and Attorney at Law at Ilyashev & Partners, as well as Associate at Asters. Early in the career, Taras was Deputy Head of Department at a law firm and a Junior Associate at Law Agency "UCom." Taras Utiralov obtained a Master's degree in International Law from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
