Yuliia Sereda

Yuliia Sereda is a Senior Legal Associate and Leader of IT Practice Group at PETERKA & PARTNERS with extensive experience in advising clients on corporate, intellectual property, commercial, regulatory, and labour issues. Yuliia has a background in Civil, Corporate, Family, Real Estate, and Consumer Protection legal matters, and has represented clients in Ukrainian courts for various legal issues. Yuliia has completed their LL.M. in Law with a focus on Land and Agricultural Law from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, and is currently pursuing further education at Harvard Law School.
