Cécilia Torres

Cécilia Torres has a wealth of work experience. Cécilia began their career in 2008 as a Technical Trainee at REDEX. In 2012, they completed an engineering internship at Bio-ingénierie et Bio-imagerie Ostéo-Articulaire (B2OA). In 2013, they were a Trainee R&D Engineer at Péters Surgical, where they were responsible for raw material validation for a wall reinforcement implant and prosthesis design modification to meet market needs. Cécilia also modified medical device designs and conducted mechanical and chemical testing. In 2014, Cécilia Torres was promoted to Medical Devices Innovation Manager, Pre-clinical Engineer, and R&D Engineer at Péters Surgical.

Cécilia Torres earned their Ingénieur Généraliste spécialisé dans les biomatériaux et la biomécanique from UTC in 2013. Cécilia also participated in an exchange program at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in 2013. Prior to that, they attended INSA Lyon - Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon from 2007 to 2009.
