Holdan Druffel

Holdan Druffel is an experienced sales manager currently leading the Caterpillar Parts and International Truck Parts divisions at Peterson Cat since June 2021. Responsibilities include managing multiple teams, focusing on revenue expansion, and implementing technology pilots to enhance customer experience and reduce costs. Previously, Holdan served as Parts Sales Supervisor at Peterson Cat, exceeding sales and profit margin goals, and as Strategic Account Manager at GlasWeld, managing customer service and technical support for the Eastern US. Holdan's career also includes roles in customer service, draft system management, agricultural research, and farm operations. Holdan holds a degree in Agricultural Business Management and Agricultural Economics from Oregon State University.
