The managing director has a background in accounting from the Texas McCombs School of Business and experience working as a CFO at MP Materials. The board member has a background in Paint Rock Bancshares & First State Bank of Paint Rock. The other member of the board of trustees has a background in accounting and experience working as a member of the board of trustees at Schreiner University.
